So with the last of my birthday money I purchased a box of 2011 Leaf Muhammad Ali from Blowout Cards. This is one the best put together sets in a long time. I just don't think any company could have done a better job than Leaf did. I'm really not a big boxing or MMA fan. My infatuation with Muhammad Ali came from a gift my dad gave me. About a year ago he started downsizing his collection. One of the items he "donated" to me was an Angelo Dundee and Muhammad Ali autographed picture. It is set in a nice frame. When I saw this product come out I fell in love with it. I have seen other sets that have had Ali inserts, but the quality was not like this.

If you want to buy something different. This is the set to go with. You can get a box for about $80 bucks. I also hear that Leaf is coming out with a new series of them.

ReplyDeleteI wish I had enough extra birthday money to buy a box. I love boxing cards. Did you end up with any doubles you want to get rid of? I would try to get the Foster auto from you but I know I don't have the trade bait to do it.
